
Tim Osborne
Vice President
Tim serves as the Vice President of A2LA WorkPlace Training. Previously, as the Director of Quality for Trescal, Inc., he provided consulting services and led private and public training on management systems, quality control and metrology. Tim also has a background in health physics with a focus on radiation protection, environmental remediation and radiochemistry.
Through NCSLI, he served as a technical expert to ISO Working Group (WG) 44 which was responsible for the crafting of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. In addition, he participated in and oversaw the development of the ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 Handbook and several NCSLI Recommended Practices and taught several tutorials.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering with an emphasis in Materials Engineering and Chemistry.

Kimberly Paddison
Director of Marketing & Business Dev.
Kim serves as Director of Marketing & Business Development at A2LA WorkPlace Training, where she leads strategic initiatives to grow the organization’s training and consulting programs. Her role centers on expanding A2LA WorkPlace Training’s visibility across laboratories, manufacturing, and other quality-driven sectors through strong partnerships and targeted outreach.
With over 30 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, and business development, Kim has worked across industries including accreditation, healthcare, housing, and professional services. She previously held strategic leadership roles at A2LA and Solutions Advisors Group.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University.

Greg Kovolenko
Consulting Project Manager
Greg Kovolenko has over 14 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector. During that time, he held many roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Service Manager, Project Delivery Manager and Business Development.
Greg’s background includes serving as a quality manager for a mechanical and electrical laboratory where he supervised the QA program and accreditation to ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/IEC 17065 and other pertinent industry requirements. In his roles as Project Delivery Manager and Customer Service Manager, Greg developed strategies to manage throughput and enhance customer experience.
Outside of work, Greg’s passions include family, baseball, and the outdoors.

Catherine Walker
Project Manager
Catherine is the Training Project Manager at A2LA WorkPlace Training, where she leads the coordination and delivery of core courses and manages the design and execution of customized training solutions. Her work ensures that every program is tailored to meet client needs while upholding AWPT’s high standards for quality and impact.
With a strong background in project management and adult learning, Catherine brings a thoughtful, organized approach to each training engagement. Her career spans multiple industries, where she has led initiatives in technical and soft skills training, process improvement, and curriculum development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Kathy Reges
Business Development Specialist
With nearly four years of experience in business development at A2LA WorkPlace Training and over a decade in sales within the senior living industry, Kathy brings a strong background in relationship-building and client-focused solutions. At A2LA WorkPlace Training, she specializes in connecting laboratory professionals with high-quality classroom training tailored to their specific needs.
Kathy is passionate about helping individuals and organizations find the right educational fit to support their goals. Her consultative approach and dedication to service make her a trusted resource for clients seeking effective and practical training options.

Kash McClure
Administrative Assistant
Kash serves as A2LA WorkPlace Training’s Administrative Assistant and a key point of contact for customers engaging with our eLearning, training, and consulting solutions. He began his career with A2LA as a Customer Care Representative, where he developed a strong foundation in client support before being promoted to his current role.
With over seven years of customer service experience and a solid background in administrative support, Kash is dedicated to helping clients navigate their training needs with clarity, efficiency, and a people-first approach. He plays an important role in ensuring that every inquiry is handled with care, supporting a seamless experience for professionals and organizations working with A2LA WorkPlace Training.
