Course Overview
This ISO/IEC 17025 internal auditor training course introduces participants to ISO 19011, the guideline for auditing management systems as applied to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Participants will learn core auditing principles and develop practical skills for performing higher-value internal audits. The course includes hands-on exercises covering audit program planning, implementation, and maintenance, with a strong focus on auditing methods, questioning techniques, and record sampling to support laboratory compliance and continual improvement.Price: $995.00
Prerequisites
Must have an understanding of the full context of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.

Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Apply the guidance in ISO 19011 to construct an effective audit program and plan.
- Discuss various types of audit plans and methods, along with the benefits and drawbacks of each.
- Practice the interpersonal skills needed to effectively gather information.
- Review sample management system documents and records to determine conformity with requirements from both a document review and observational perspectives.
- Evaluate sample audit findings and relate them to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements to plan additional investigation avenues.
- Assemble and document clear, informative nonconformance statements based on presented scenarios.
