Course Overview

This applied measurement uncertainty training course is designed for professionals in testing and calibration laboratories and provides a comprehensive understanding of measurement uncertainty in line with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Participants will explore core concepts such as error, accuracy, precision, repeatability, reproducibility, and metrological traceability, while also working with key frameworks like the GUM (JCGM 100) and VIM (JCGM 200). Through a structured approach and hands-on exercises, attendees will learn to build and interpret uncertainty budgets, apply statistical tools, and evaluate contributing factors, gaining practical skills to apply internationally recognized methodologies with confidence.
